Pre-Survey

You will need to complete a brief pre-survey before you can start Section 1. This will take just three steps.

Step 1: Complete the PRE-SURVEY shown below. It will take 2-3 minutes to complete.

Step 2: Copy or write down the short code you will see after you finish the pre-survey.

Step 3: Look for the Exams box after the pre-survey, and click the Pre-Survey Code Check link so that you can submit that code and continue to Section 1.
